On a personal note, I am a proud parent of two amazing kids! We are supporting our 9-year-old national go-kart racer, and we have an energetic and fun 6-year old. Family always comes first!

With two decades of experience in leading organizations through periods of growth and transformation, Kevin Toruno is a dynamic and people-centric leader. As the President and Founder of Aventura Global, Kevin has consistently demonstrated his commitment to prioritizing people, culture, and financial success. 

Armed with an MBA and a Master’s in Financial Management (MSMFM), he brings an extensive and diverse skill set to every challenge. Kevin believes that strong leadership is the key to organizational success. His ability to cultivate high-performing, adaptable teams allows him to successfully navigate the evolving business landscape and tackle today's most pressing challenges.
